DENTAL TREATMENTS
Prosthodontics
It is the branch of dentistry that restores masticatory function, phonetics and esthetics of the patient due to the absence or loss of teeth.
These functions are restored through "fixed prostheses" that can be screwed to an implant, cemented or attached to a natural tooth (such as implant-supported crowns, porcelain metal crowns, bridges, or overdentures) and "removable prostheses" that can be removed and placed whenever the person wishes and these can be complete or partial depending on the absences in each dental arch.
